• How long does the hair need to be for a Sugar wax service? The hair needs to be the length of a grain of rice. Typically, that is 5-7 days of growth for areas such as the brazilain, underarms, and face. The hair growth areas like the legs and arms you will need 10-14 days of growth. Sugar can grab hairs shorter than tradition wax.
• How often do I need to come between service? We recommend anywhere between 2-4 week for most all services for the first 6 months to a year of treatment. The more you get sugared (without shaving in between) the longer it will take for the hair to regrow.
• What is Sugar Wax? Sugar wax is just an all-natural paste made to remove all your unwanted hairs. The sugar paste is made up of sugar, water and lemon juice. 
• How long is each service? Most all services are under 20 minutes other than legs, back and arms which can take 30 minutes to an hour. We strive to be fast with 5-star results. • What is the difference between Brazilian, extended bikini and basic bikini? A Brazilian is the full private area no hairs left behind. Landing strips and the back is optional as well for a Brazilians. A basic bikini is just right outside the panty line (swimsuit clean up). An extended bikini is right outside the panty line then extends inwards about an inch on the top and ½ inch on the lip area. (Swimsuit super clean up) Back is also optional for extended bikini.
• How can I book a Sugar Wax appointment? We have many options to book your appointment! You can book online 24/7(link below). You can call or text during business hours (Oxford 256-294-3177) (Gadsden 256-295-0551) or prebook appointment with our receptionist.
• If I am prone to ingrown hairs, should I get sugared? YES! Sugar can help remove ingrown hairs and help prevent ingrown hair. We also have a few products in our studio that can help treat and prevent ingrown hair so be sure to ask your sugarist during your next appointment what she thinks will be best for your skin type/
• What should I avoid doing after my service? After a sugar wax service, you want to try an avoid sweating for 24-48 hours. You will need to avoid things like tanning beds, working out, hot baths and even sex. (Alabama is known for HOT summers so it can be hard to prevent sweating so be sure you keep the area nice and clean with cool water)
• If I start my period before my appointment, what should I do? We have a few options for you here! If you start you period, you can still come if you place a tampon or cup before your treatment. If you aren’t comfortable still being sugared, we can reschedule your appointment (but remember if you are coming for 2-week pricing (10-14 days) we can't not extend this discount passed the 14 days)
• Do you offer Men Services? Yes, we offer back and chest sugaring services. We do all male services with full mid-thigh lenght boxers (legs, spraytans). We do not offer male brazilians.
